The Guckie is the most harmless and common monster in the world of UNLIMITED:Saga. With low stats all-around, it can be easily defeated by any means. Even its rare attack Roaring Dash is not particularly threatening, though it does have the ability to Stun. If the party is extremely weak, using as many characters as possible in the battle may be helpful.
Guckie seems to be designed based on a variety of real-world animals. Its name seems to be a unique creation for the game that resembles the word "cookie," and it may have originally been meant to be a portmanteau of animal names the design was based on, such as Glyptodont and Kiwi made to sound cute to match its appearance.
While the standard blue-haired Guckie is relatively harmless, many look-alikes of it exist throughout the world. Fellow common beasts Morkie and Hiddle are color variations of the standard Guckie and share the same set of Monster Arts. A series of four unique Guckie monsters appear as Leader Monsters in the Mayor's Nightmare and Vanished Mogul subadventures, with the Worker Guckie sharing the same color scheme as the regular Guckie. Kurt also fights a red-colored Guckie named Greedy as his third Gauntlet Monster.
The most dangerous doppelganger, however, is the Rainbow Guckie, which shares the same coloration as the regular Guckie while on the Adventure Map. Contrasting the weakness of other Guckies, the Rainbow Guckie is the most powerful enemy in the game. Caution should be taken when approaching Guckies while playing a new game started after loading Clear Data from another playthrough, as regular Guckies and Rainbow Guckies have identical appearance on the map.
