Roles
Roles are passive abilities that you can equip to characters to give them a variety of advantages in battle. Every character comes with a starting role that is unique to them. Additional roles can be learned by glimmering all of the techs or incantations required by that role.
At first, characters may only equip one role. As characters level up their proficiencies with weapon types or elemental schools, they will gain the ability to equip more roles. The number of roles able to be equipped is dependant on the highest weapon proficiency or elemental school level the character has.
